Accommodations & Amenities at Mountain Memories B&B
Mountain Memories Bed and Breakfast is a very private, luxury Inn. With only two guest rooms in the main house and a third in a separate cottage, you are always assured of comfort and privacy. You will find descriptions of our two rooms and our special cottage further down this page. (Please scroll down.)
Besides our guest rooms we have a den for guests with television, board games and a wood burning fireplace. You can enjoy the game room with a stereo and a pool table or snuggle up in a comfy reading chair and read from the variety of books from the innkeeper’s library.
Watch the world go by sitting on the front deck or relaxing in the spacious gazebo. Hiking trails on the two acres surrounding Mountain Memories Bed & Breakfast are planned for this fall.

Lafayette Guest Room The Lafayette Room welcomes the visitor with the charm of living in the country and the romance of the old South. Your host grew up in the rural southwest county of Lafayette and has had family there since the 1800’s. The Lafayette Room has a Queen bed with furnishings and photographs to take you back to a simpler time from a grandmother's flower garden to the early days when the host’s grandparents lived on a train. Private time is of essence with the Lafayette Room. There is a private entrance, private bath and private patio. For your entertainment is a television with DVD/VCR, movies, CD’s and wireless internet. Drinks and snacks conveniently located in the den and game room. |

The Olive branch of the host’s genealogy is displayed through the art, literature, and crafts decorating the room. With a King bed and a day bed, it can sleep up to 3 people comfortably. The Olive Branch Room has a deck to enjoy your morning coffee and a private bath. Since the Olive's arrival in America around 1700 there have notable descendants, such as actress Faye Dunaway, author John Grisham and an old west family known as the Olive Gang. The spacious room is the only bedroom located on the main level of the home. For your entertainment is a television with DVD/VCR, movies, CD’s and wireless internet. Drinks and snacks conveniently located in the den and game room. |

is for you. This private retreat is conveniently located near the
main house and has a Queen bed, electric fireplace, mini kitchen
and a full bath with a heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub. |
